ECI Restorative Retreats are transformational experiences centered on ECI's Six Pillars of Changemaking Self-Leadership Framework. This three-week series of once a week, half-day virtual retreats guides leaders through deep self-reflection, self-care practices, personal growth, and values-aligned living. Participants cultivate self-awareness, resilience and, purpose on their leadership journeys. Leave feeling refreshed, refocused, re-grounded, and restored.
