  • ECI Restorative Retreats are transformational experiences centered on ECI's Six Pillars of Changemaking Self-Leadership Framework. This three-week series of once a week, half-day virtual retreats guides leaders through deep self-reflection, self-care practices, personal growth, and values-aligned living.
